Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item has significant manufacturing defects.
  • The product delivered is different from the item ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sarees purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional offers.
  • Customized, altered, or stitched products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items reported after the specified return request period.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the return process.

Exchange Policy

If an eligible product is found to be defective or incorrect, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
  • An exchange for another product of equal value.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request supporting images or videos to verify the issue and resolve it promptly.
